This range was developed with The Real Yorkshire Pudding Co.
The brief was to develop a range of classic sharing sweet puddings, that just happen to be gluten free! A real challenge! After much testing we got the recipes to a point where these were just great desserts! that happen to be gluten free. Indulgent sharing food for everyone!
